CONTRACT GUARANTEE
Long-term contracts can be daunting, so we’ve created a cancellable property management agreement. We believe we should earn your business every day.
TENANT PLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If we place a tenant in your property and they break their lease during the first 6 months - we will release your property for free!
RENT DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
We know you want your money fast! So we electronically transfer your tenant’s rent into your bank account no later than the 20th day of each month.
MANAGEMENT FEE GUARANTEE
We believe that if we can't collect the rent - then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due. If your property is vacant and not producing income, we manage for free!
LEASING FEE GUARANTEE
You don't owe us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease and payment from the tenant. You never need to pay us for management or leasing services up-front.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE
Don't risk a lawsuit! We train for and strive daily to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
